• Employment Law - Business investment, labor certification, EB-1 and EB-2 workers, and employer-employee immigration law concerns.



• Naturalization - Naturalization is the process by which United States citizenship is conferred upon a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).



• Permanent Visas – A "green card" gives you official immigration status - lawful Permanent Residency - in the United States.  We handle green card applications,  EB-1 and EB-3 visas.



• Temporary Visas -   There are several types of temporary visitors, including business or pleasure visitors, temporary workers, students attending U.S. schools, exchange visitors, foreign nationals who are fiancés of a U.S. citizen, and NAFTA professionals.
